The 18-hole "Meadows" golf course at the Citrus Hills Golf Club facility in Hernando, Florida features 5,885 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 70. The course rating is 68.5 and it has a slope rating of 114 on Bermuda grass.  Designed by Phil Friel, the Meadows golf course opened in 1983.

The 18-hole "Oaks" golf course also at the Citrus Hills Golf Club features 6,323 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 70.

The course rating is 71.0 and it has a slope rating of 121 on Bermuda grass.  Designed by Mike Andrijiszyn, the Oaks golf course also opened in 1983.

The newest addition, the 18-hole "Skyview" golf course is located at the Terra Vista Golf & Country Club facility in Citrus Hills and features 7,142 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. Designed by Terry LaGree, the Skyview golf course opened in 1999. The three accompanying clubhouses offer superb private dining and numerous social activities and clubs.

The new Citrus Hills fitness complex consists of a 42,000 sq. ft. facility with professional trainers, indoor heated pool, racquet ball courts, aerobics and yoga rooms, state–of–the–art fitness area and full service spa. And the nearby Citrus Hills tennis center features 8 Har–Tru courts, an observation deck and a full service pro shop.

There are even lighted walking trails throughout Citrus Hills which wind through the community and a nature park trail with outdoor fitness stations.
